This is an unfair review,what Andy fails to mention is that we assigned a driver for him originally and his plans changed where it couldn't be shipped as originally planned.As a result,it had to be reassigned to another driver.As it turned out,his windows of opportunity for an enclosed transport was so unreasonably tight that we could not get a driver to match his specific availability.
Since we had already assigned a driver 1 time,there was not provision for a refund.As it turned out,after we had won the original dispute,he chose to double dispute it.At that point,we chose not to continue with this course and allowed the refund to take place.We can't take responsibility for people who change their plans after the fact and then create unreasonable requests for rescheduling,insisting that the only way it can be picked up is if they are specifically there and do not work to help coordinate other options.
