Benjamin did an excellent job, explaining the process and getting a driver assigned. Because my car didn't run (dead battery), the transporter (Grand Auto Transporter) doesn't cover the damage (broken trunk locking system-they used transparent tape to hold the trunk door down and it appeared to be closed but it wasn't) it sustained between pick up and delivery. Of course I didn't know that was stated on the back of the bill of lading until after I paid the delivery driver, signed for the delivery, and he drove away.
