This is the first time I have shipped a car and did my research reading a ton of reviews. I worked with Carl and I asked him about every complaint written about his company. He was able to provide me answers for everything and I decided to go with them. The transaction was very simple and Carl was very prompt in answering my emails or phone calls.

I didn't have a specific timeline on getting the car from South Orange County, CA to Columbus, OH so I was very flexible with my pick up/delivery dates. Carl told me I would be contacted by the transportation company within 5 to 7 days. I was contacted the day of my order and the car was picked up the very next day. It all happened so quickly! I was able to ship a few items in the car too which saved me a ton in shipping.

The delivery was right on time and went very smooth. It was delivered to my daughter in college so I was a bit nervous about how the delivery would go but it all went fine.

I would absolutely recommend Premier Auto Shippers and get Carl to assist you. Make sure you develop a good relationship with the person that helps you as well as get their email and direct phone number so communication is easy.
