Calls...Calls...and more Calls Until we signed our shipping agreement and paid deposit to ANTHONY. Then NOTHING.... NEVER called to set up the pick up .... NEVER returned our calls or e-mails. SADDEST customer service that we have ever dealt with. The one person we did talk with out of dispatch gave nothing but excuses for the failed pick up AND then followed up with the greatest response of... DON'T KNOW WHEN we can do pick up... ONLY up side to this event is that at least the shippers didn't have the chance to do damage to our motorcycle. Now we just want our deposit back. CANT wait to see if they have the nerve to post that this review is "unfair" like they have in the past, because this post is VERY TRUE and FAIR.
