This was my first experience with shipping a vehicle across the US. Going in, I knew there were many choices of shipping companies and to choose from. I chose Premier Auto Shippers mainly because the quote I received was neither the lowest, or highest, but a fair price considering the distance I needed my vehicle shipped, and my "initial" contact with the salesperson was pleasant. My overall rating of this company is poor, due to my expectations of customer service being higher than what Premier Auto Shippers seemed interested in providing. This consisted of: Missed pick-up dates (multiple times), No Follow-up phone calls to provide a status of the Order#(even when verbally promised(again, multiple times)), demeanor of dispatch staff abrasive and condescending at best(you should never tell a customer that it doesn't matter if they do business with you or not). Needless to say, I probably won't ever have to ship my vehicle again, but if I did, it wouldn't be with Premier Auto Shippers. There's just too many companies out there willing to go the extra mile for the consumer to have to tolerate sub-par customer service and a poor attitude from their Auto shipping provider. Again, my overall rating of the service provided by this company is poor, only because abhorrent wasn't listed as an option.
