This pick up was in a more remote part of Pennsylvania; and we originally had a driver scheduled in a timely fashion at the rate agreed upon. The night before pick up the driver cancelled. We immediately informed the customer. He became angry and felt that a replacement driver should have already been found. He asked us to increase the price because he wanted the car picked up immediately. We only raised the price after the customer told us to do so. A little more understanding would have gone a long way, and we could have kept to our original quote.
