I placed an earlier review today on lak of response from Plaza Auto Transport.
After posting the review I was able to get in touch with Jeff from dispatch and he was able to answer my questions and get the process back on track for picking up and delivering my vehicle. I was also called by Jim and he was vey eager to clear this issue up and gave me his direct contact number so I can reach him if I had any additional questions. I was intially going to cancel this order when I reached someone, however with Jim and Jeff's professional reponses I have desided to leave this order with them.
