I submitted an on-line request on a Monday morning to Direct Express Auto Transport. By Monday afternoon, my car had been assigned a carrier, I had spoken with the carrier - Pioneer Auto Express - and my car was picked up the next day! Pioneer was fantastic - my car arrived one day earlier than I did and they were very accomodating and held the car for me until I arrived and then they brought it to my door. All times that were quoted to me for pick-up and delivery were adhered to, the drivers were very friendly and the customer service people were great! No complaints or concerns! What I thought was going to be a very stressful part of my move ended up being the easiest part of all thanks to Pioneer!
