Pioneer was sub contracted and I was a bit nervous at the start. However they came through with great service and excellent attention. The car arrived with the care I had hoped for. I noticed that there have been a few questionable reviews prior to mine however I have no complaints. Either they stepped up and have improved over previous work or I was fortunate but I believe they provided the exact service they were contracted to from start to finish.

I would recommend them to friends and family and would use them again myself. FYI I shipped my fairly new Mercedes and it arrived in the same condition as it shipped.
