Beware!!! Don't use Pioneer Auto Express Corp.

I shipped my new vehicle using Able Auto as the broker & Pioneer Auto Transport as the actual transporter. I recieved the vehicle damaged & dirty. The rear window was broken, bumper & roof scratched, roof dinged, wheels scratched, inside of rear hatchback scratched by a screwdriver that was left in the car.Total damage $1800. Pioneer Auto Express Corp intentionally attempted to cover up the damage by replacing the window with a lower quality glass, delivering the vehicle dirty and never said anything about the damage. The claim process has been horrible since i have not received any information for over 3 months from Chris Ko (Pioneer Auto Transport representative). They simply don't return any calls and when you finally speak with someone all they can tell you is that the claim is being reviewed by a claims board. I am in the process of retaining a attorney to recover the cost from Pioneer Auto Express. I believe the other positive reviews that you see posted are fake. Kenny another Pioneer Auto Express Rep wrote one of them. Simply put, DON'T USE PIONEER AUTO EXPRESS CORP!

This situation is currently under investigation. In terms of the other reviews, I don't know where the customer comes across believing that other reviews are fake. We are a reputable company and transport a large volume of cars. We apoligize for any inconvenience and are trying to figure out what happened.
