Went to Angels Moving (broker) on Friday, and they found me Pioneer to ship my car from NY to CA. Original shipping day was Monday/Tuesday, the people at Pioneer made a mistake and called me on Friday night and wanted to pickup my car on Sat. Unfortunately I still need my car to ship my boxes on Sat, so I had to reject their generous offer and back to the original pickup date. They didn't contact me until Monday night and the car was pickup on Tuesday afternoon.

Deliver was hassle free. They contacted me on Sat and wanted to deliver the car that day. I would expected them to give me a call the night before so that I could arrange time to stay home and receive my car. But that's not a big deal. We rescheduled to deliver the car on Tuesday. Car arrived in perfect condition, dirty, yes, but no damage at all, and the driver was very nice and very polite, he even reminded me to fix the tire (because it's leaking).

Overall very nice experience.
