Kathy found a very reliable carrier within an hour for an expedited request for cross country conveyance, and at very competitive pricing.

As purchasing a vehicle unseen, then shipping from >3200 miles was a new experience and somewhat nervewracking experience for me, she provided calming assurances and articulated the detailed screening process they use on all their carriers. Her upbeat attitude and knowledge of the industry greatly enhanced the customer experience, and emails and voicemail messages were returned promptly, often after hours and even through the weekend...

I wouldnt hesitate for an instant using Phoenix ATS again if the situation called for it!
