This is the first time I would be looking for a carrier so I went on transport reviews to decide on a company.There were sooo many to choose from it was stressful.With so many horror stories and bad reviews I was nervous deciding on a company to move my new 09 BMW M3 coupe.After researching for a week I decided on Phoenix Auto Transport to find, set up and make the arrangements.I dealt with Bob Crisp.He was great to deal with and eveh though we had problems with the snow storms,he was able to arrange pick up on time of my vehicle.He was always in contact with me via email/blackberry and was always checking in with me to make sure everything is going smootlhly.Very nice guy and professional.My car was picked up on time in Tenn. then delivered next day to NJ.It even got home before I was able to fly home after paying for it in Tenn!( lucky my wife was off work to meet the truck) Angel Wings transport did the actual tranport by enclosed carrier and Sterling Farr was the driver.Very nice older guy, always answered his phone,and took good care of my car.All in all, both Phoenix (bob) and Angel Wings(Sterling) made me feel confident and at ease that my car will be taken care of and it was. I would definitely use this company again if i need to do a move again.Both very PROFESSIONAL.
