I originally went with a different company that quoted $900. Over a week, there was no customer support, no return of phone calls, they just left me in limbo. I gave Bob Crisp a call (on the weekend) and he quoted me $949 and would not charge a deposit until the car was picked up. He called about 30min. later and said that he could pick the car up the next day and would have it delivered 5 days later on the other side of the country. Bob kept me updated on the drivers status throughout the entire trip. However the driver did get held up due to extremely bad weather (snow and ice). The car arrived a day later in good shape. It was a little dirty from the 2500 mile trip through snow and rain but that was expected due to being on a open trailer. Bob sold me on his customer service at a reasonable price. You want go wrong with Phoenix Auto Transport.
