This was definitely a positive experience. The broker Bob Crisp was very knowlegable and keep in touch with me the entire time from beginning to end. The vehicle was picked up on time and was delivered sooner then had originally been stated which was great for us. The broker answered all by questions and always returned by phone calls.
The driver kept in touch and arrived to pick up the vehicle at the time he stated. He also dropped off the vehicle at the time he stated. Vehicle arrived in perfect condition.
Would definetely used this broker again.
The price quoted was the actual price. No hidden costs. No deposit until the vehicle was actually picked up.
