Jim was soo helpful and very "down to earth". The experience was great. Pickup was on time. /*off was early. The price was right and I was very nervous going into this but absolutely made the right decision. Jim and the driver (I really wish I remembered his name...Steve...I think) were very friendly. The truck that delivered our Durango was in great shape. I don't think there is enough good things I could say about them. We are planning on getting another vehicle from CA in about a year and will ABSOLUTELY USE JIM AND THE SAME Driver (Once I find out his name) AGAIN.
