I contacted Bob Crisp at Phoenix and he was great to work with. He kept me in the loop on the progress of locating a carrier and through pickup and delivery. It took a few days more to find a carrier going my way. After that, my Lexus was picked up on time. Bob was bird dogging it all the way. The only glitch was the carrier who took his sweet time . At that point, Bob jumped in and called the carrier.Would I use Bob Crisp and Phoenix again- you bet!!!
