My car was shipped from Miami,Fl. to Lynchburg,Va..everything was great until the truck boke,delivering my car 1 day late..Karen at Phonix was very responsible and helped me all the way the truck driver Tony and Brandi are great people to work with and I wish then all the best.Can not say the same for a guy called Everest from Grand Pacific Lines (Dispacther) would not answer the phone and did not call me to tell me that my car was going to be late...be carefull with this company..Besides this,great all the way..
