Candice at PhoenixAutoTransport is amazing!! I had originally arranged for another car shipping company to move my car from Boston to SF Bay Area through the moving company that was handling the move of my apartment contents. The arrangement with that company unfortunately fell through after they failed to pick up my car on the day we had scheduled. After the other company failed to come up with another plan to move my car, even suggesting that I contact another company, and with my flight leaving Boston fast approaching, I called Candice to see if she could help. Believe all the other reviews that talk about how awesome she is. She was immediately responsive. By the next day, she had arranged transport of my car. In fact, they picked up my car that same day (when my original company finally offered a solution - they said the earliest they could pick up my car would be 10 days later, after I would already have left Boston), and they delivered my car within 8 days. Candice's customer service is top notch, and she offered comprehensive customer service from the time I contacted her until my car was delivered. I am extremely grateful and give her and Phoenix AutoTransport 2 thumbs WAY UP. Thanks Candice!
