I was in portland OR, visiting from Klamath Falls OR when the motar in my wifes SUV siezed. We took it to a shop and realized we were going to have to have it shipped home. We called a few different companies about quotes and this one was in the middle of the road on price, but since they wern't pushy on the phone I chose to go with them. We schuedled a pick up for Monday. He called me Monday morning with the info on the carrier that was making the pickup. I contacted them and made the arrangments for pick up and delivery. They called me when they picked up the veichael and when they dropped it off. It was a little dirty but other than that all was good. No problems and gilbert was helpful.
