Philam Transport was not my selected carrier but Gilbert was very considerate of a difficult situation where my carrier of choice could not deliver the results promised. He explained the brokering process to me very well and followed up a number of times to offer valued assistance. I immediately recommended Gilbert to two friends who were very impressed by his timeliness and professionalism. Gilbert will be the first person I call for all auto transportation needs.
