From the time I posted needing transport service, Gilbert contacted me. He offered his service and thoroughly went into detail explaining what I should expect when hiring a transport service.

I searched other companies and they would solicit their service "every other day" , but not Gilbert (Philtram). Once I finalized my decision, I contacted Gilbert to set up the pick-up and provide necessary information for the transport.

I was furnished the drivers name and number so that I could contact him in the event I wanted to keep up with the status. Philtram is definitely a professional company. Gilbert is very knowledgable and I would recommend using them again because of their honesty and trustworthiness.

I also need to mention that the delivery was actually earlier than discussed!
