Gilbert was a great customer service provider. He did what he wsa asked to do, honestly, reliably and was quite prompt in every respect. The enclosed transport was a difficult situation as the vehicle was coming off an island and Gilbert arranged it well with little fanfare from the trucking firm who had to coordinate the pickup. This was a higher-than-average-hassle deal and he took it in stride and was very cordial in the process.
