Gilbert has become a friend now... Our second year together, and he is just amazing!! I call him, he does his thing...and the car is shipped. Like it should be, but often is not?? gilbert always does his best to arrange for the best and most reliable carrier...at the best price! Never an issue... I call, he answers, and he really cares!! certainly an advantage of dealing with a smaller broker, that caters to his clients! I even helped out a friend sho's carrier let him down, and cancelled his pick-up at the last minute:-( Gilbert came to the rescue and got him all fixed up...at an even better price than he was paying:-)
