Gilbert was very helpful in finding me a trucking company that would take my vehicle and deliver it to LA without a ton of lag time. Apparently my vehicle was on somewhat of an inconvenient route so I had to pay more that I expected to get a truck to accept my bid but it still saved me a lot of effort and cost only slightly more than driving it myself. The only thing I can complain about is the promptness of the trucking company. The driver was nearly 4 hrs late on pickup and took an additional 4 days longer than quoted on delivery. I have heard of this process taking weeks for other people if you don't have a bid that is high enough so I would say my complaints are minor compared to what I could have experienced. To anyone looking to ship their car I would recommend using Gilbert at Philiam, but make sure you have other options for transportation while you wait on the car because the dates quoted aren't always accurate.
