I happen to came across Patriot auto transport as i was exhausting auto shippers on the web. I've talked to dozens of auto shippers to say the least.
What caught my eyes with Patriot Auto Transport is their ratings on Yelp and on this review site. After extensive search and lot of attempts to find one. I chose Patriot for their excellent ratings and also very competitive prices.
So, I called them and spoke to one of the agents named Carols which is by far the best customer service guy. He's so patient, friendly and most of all honest guy that i've the chance to talk to so far.
What fascinated me most is the fact that he didn't charge me till he finds the shipper in the area.
So, he found me the shipper in two day as promised and in no time i got my car shipped in less than a week from California to Virginia. The shippers who brought the car are also very nice and helpful people.
I couldn't believe that i received the car in such a short time as i've heard a couple of negative experiences from friends.
In a nutshell, if anyone who wants to ship his/her car in the US you should consider Patriot Auto Transport. They are the best shippers. You just have to call them and talked to Carols. You would get your car at your door in a short period of time with a superb customer service experience.They deserve more than five stars. I would be their loyal customer when ever the need arises.
