The communication was excellent. Kat Spilman was outstanding and provided very friendly, honest information. This was my first experience with using auto transport and I would unquestionably go with Patriot the next time. The truck was picked up at the earliest possible date and was actually delivered one day ahead of schedule which in my case was a bonus. The driver was also very good in terms of communication.
