My mom was the one to actually meet the driver. She had nothing but rave reviews about him. He was very respectful, more than willing to help, & about one of the most respectful and well mannered men she had met in a long time. This goes a great distance for me b/c if she says this he must have been EXCEPTIONAL!!!!
