Wow! For being the new guy, Peter was completely competent in handling my special case. My pick-up time changed 3 times, my car was in an impound lot, and I had a 3 day window for drop-off. Peter got the driver to get my car from the lot on time, and still manage to deliver the car in the window which I was available. GREAT JOB! I will use again.
