The Customer Service I experienced was well above what I expected. The people were polite and very knowledgeable and assuring about the service that would be provided. The part I liked best was the free 24 hour a day GPS vehicle tracking that was available on the internet. I was very impressed with the intire experience including all of the follow up email that I received.

The transportation experience was also excellent from pick up to delivery. The person that I purchased the vehicle from indicated that the vehicle drivers were exceptionaly polite, carering and professional. I was phoned the night before to verify delivery time and loction and once again that morning when they were about an hour away. They were there within ten minutes of estimated time frame. The semi used to transport my vehicle was very impressive, down right pretty. The inside and elevator equipment were also very clean and well maintained as well as their functional capabilities. The drivers drove my car off very carefully, as the front end is only four inches off the ground. They installed my licence plate and followed up with instructions provided buy the previous owner as to the paticular operating procedures for this vehicle. A very smooth operation. I wouldn't think that a much better service could be supplied.
