I had never used a transport company to move a car before so to say I was nervous would be an understatement. Passport made the process very seamless and alleviated most of the concerns that I had. Still, while in transport, you cannot help but worry a bit but the driver team husband and wife kept me updated from pick up all the way til arrival. Somehow the driver managed to navigate a very narrow bridge into my neighborhood and surprised me by arriving a quarter of a block down the street at a crossroads. The car arrived a little dusty as to be expected but it was handled with care and taking a peek inside the trailer, it was evident that these guys care about the vehicles that they are entrusted to deliver. I am happy I spent a little more and went with a reputable company. It is worth it in the long run. I would not hesitate to refer anyone looking for professional auto transport to Passport. These guys know what they're doing!
