Hi Ron,
We apologize the driver made an error and delivered the car to the building next to yours. The driver did give correct info where the vehicle was safely left at the RITZ CARLTON and we are glad that they quickly located the car and that it was safe in the same condition as when picked up in Naples. We did pick up on time and arrived in just 2 days and the car remained in the same condition as when picked up so I feel your 1 star rating is harsh but understand the unnecessary stress we caused and would be willing to offer a discount should you need to use transport services again.
