I accepted delivery of 4 cars from Dennis (Mine and 3 cars for a friend). Dennis was good communicator with scheduling the drop-off and I met him to watch his unloading and inspecting the cars. He showed care and professionalism demonstrating his experience. He cared for the condition of the cars as if they were his own, resulting in NO damage. Thanks.
Friend on the loading side had problems with ANOTHER transport company with broken promises of pic-up scheduling. Glad we ended with PASSPORT, as they let their drivers manage the scheduling, as they know the roads, weather, and their truck conditions. Dennis explains his driving and unloading factors and the delivery timeline for all his customers. This clear communication is as important to my satisfaction as the delivery.
