Passport was the only company willing to transport my special sports car in an enclosed trailer from the Lake Erie region to the Gulf Coast, and they did so cheerfully. From my first contact with Ken at sales--who gave me an extremely reasonable COD quote on the spot and made the reservation, to Keith who arranged the pickup 2 weeks later, an especially to the driver, Dave, who was an absolute delight to work with. The car arrived 4 days later in a seamless transfer to our relative. I have used transport companies three times in the past and none can compare to Passport's quality of service; very reasonable shipping rates are a bonus.
