When I initially signed up for the service, I felt confident in the fact that my car would be arriving safely and during the designated allotment of time as discussed and stressed in the call. However, as the time approached, the dispatchers poorly communicated with the driver and did not abide by my designated timeline for delivery. I thought it was guaranteed as discussed on the phone in case the time did not fit my schedule. If it had not been for the driver CLIFF WEINHARDT who went above and beyond to accommodate the glitch with the dispatchers, my car would not have been delivered and we would have had to reschedule. He was able to make it in a generous time frame that benefited him as well as myself since I was returning home on the day it was delivered. If I had to rate the driver, I would HIGHLY RATE HIM WITH A 10 STAR RATING! He is an ABSOLUTE ASSET to the company for his willingness to work with the customer and making sure the overall passport experience is one to continue and do again, if need be.
