Slow at first, but awesome in the End

After a few rounds of no-shows and outrageous cost estimates, Passport Transport won the deal. They were slow at first on the pick-up dates (fine print said estimated dates for pick-up on top of the 10 day window), 7 days later after the 10 day window, my car was finally picked up after a few phone calls and emails asking 'WTF'. The driver Merick called the pick-up point and asked to pick it up on Sunday way up north in New York, no problem..just watch out for the winter weather they were having (lotsa snow and cold-cold). Needless to say the Driver made up time being a 'Teamster' and 3 days later..BAM..the car is home finally. From start to finish it took overall 3 weeks to call, schedule, pick up and delivery..But actual time from pick-up to delivery and 2300 miles later was a awesome 3 day event...I would like to say thanks to the driver Merick, Passport service team John and TJ..well done!
