I needed a transport company, but I didn't want to go through a crooked broker and risk never having my car picked up like the last time. So I contacted my dealership and they gave me passport transport as their preferred transport company.

I called and John answered the phone and gave me my quote and I explained the situation of my last go around and that I was leaving town on a certain day and would be unable to deliver my car to the transporter so he arranged for it to be picked up the day before I was due to leave PA Which was a Tuesday. He guaranteed it and didn't charge me an extra fee as they normally would. He also threw in a 10% military discount. Mario called me on Sunday and advised he would be there on Monday, which I was glad because we had a snow storm blow in Tuesday which may have affected the pickup. The drivers showed up and carefully loaded my car onto the trailer. It was on top and in the front so it wouldn't move at all during transport.

Within an hour or so after pick up I received the GPS tracking code and was able to track the trucks progress. This was great but not so great at the same time, because the trucked stopped moving for 5 days and I started to get worried that the GPS was broke or the trailer was detached and my car was waiting for another driver to pick it up( terminal style) service.

Thursday the truck was on the move again and I arranged for a Sunday delivery. The car was then delivered with precision on Sunday afternoon. GPS was showing the truck in Vegas on Saturday so I knew it was there but I was out of town for work so I couldn't get it right away and the drivers were able to work with me.

Overall the price for enclosed transport is steep because they can only fit 6 cars where an outside one can fit more. But it was worth it because it was kept out of the elements and besides a little dust it was fine.

I will definitely call passport transport again if I need a vehicle transported across the country.
