They moved the promised pick-up date and then did not respond to my email inquiry.
Then, on the later pick up date were not able to pick up the vehicle or promise a date soon.

While the location in Wisconsin may have been out of the way, they certainly knew that when they accepted my order and gave me dates. The key problem for me was that they failed to contact me and disclose their inability to do the job.

Their phone contact people were pleasant, but unable to make anything happen. 48 hours into the order they should have contacted me and declined the job. I was eventually (after the long waste of time 13 days ) able to find an alternative transport company who did a next day pickup for the same price.

I have no problem with any company declining business. However, jerking a new customer around by not getting back to them with a problem and wasting their time is inexcusable.
