Darin and the folks at Passport Transport were quick to take my money and agree to "estimated dates" but never once mentioned that I could expect over 2 weeks delay of my car. I was frequently strung along on email updates saying my car would ship "soon" even when my car was over 15 days outside of the pickup window. When I suggested a very conservative, partial refund of the price due to delay Darin told me the dates weren't guaranteed and it's my fault for not buying guaranteed dates.

On a positive note, the driver that handled my car was courteous, professional, and handled my car perfectly.

I would never do business with this company again for the dishonest customer service and Darin/Passport Transport's refusal to take responsibility for delay.

UPDATE:
Approximately one hour after posting this review, Derek Huntsman (the General Manager) contacted me. He apologized for my experience with the company and offered a $250 concession.
