I thoroughly checked out several companies before choosing Passport Transport. I wanted a carrier that owned their own equipment and employed their own drivers. I wanted to be able to contact the carrier directly that was transporting our truck. We waited a long time to find a restored Chevy C-10 truck that met our criteria. And we wanted an enclosed carrier to protect it. Bill was the person I first talked with; he was extremely informative, forthright and set my expectations realistically. I did not need to have a pick up or delivery on specific dates. Passport does offer that, but it costs more. Their driver Lou, picked the truck up on time. All Passport carriers are specially designed to transport high end cars and trucks. This truck was for my son and Lou called him and delivered the truck exactly when he said he would. Passport Transport has GPS on all their transport vehicles and you can check to see where your transported vehicle is. That gave me a lot of peace of mind. I am NOT being paid for this review. This is the first time I've had a vehicle transported across the country. I gave Passport Transport five stars, they deserve all of them. Their communication, reliability and good service were worth the price. Not the highest, nor the lowest. We were totally satisfied and I would recommend them. If ever I do this again I would use Passport Transport for moving any car or truck.
