When I called Passport Transport I was only one day away from purchasing my car. It was it Florida and I was in Illinois. It came together so fast and I was hoping that I could find a company that could pick it up fairly soon. They were able to tell me on the phone that they had a crew nearby that was getting ready to head north. This was on a Tuesday. They were so nice that they stayed overnight instead of leavig and waited for my wire transfer to take place Wed. morning. They picked up my car at about 2pm on Wed and it was in my garage at 10am Friday morning. Wow, who does that? The guys delivering the car were so nice and I was really glad that I called Passport Transport. I know that my delivery time was lucky because of where the pickup crew was when I called, but everything else went perfect as well. Every person I talked to was great. They were the highest priced but thats why I called them. This was a big purchase for me and I wanted the best company. I think you get what you pay for. The delivery guys were employees of the company and not subs that the company may never have even met. To me that was important. If I had to say something negative it would be that the tracking number was not available as fast as I expected. I didn't get it until the next morning (Thursday). The thing is that you can call (during business hours) and they will tell you within seconds where the car is and most likely give you the tracking number over the phone.
If I ever did this again I would go directly to these guys. Thanks Passport Transport for a great job. Perry, Rockford, Illinois
