Great communication between us and the company, called the shipper in advance. Loved the online tracking. It was to be delivered by the 24th and arrived on the 21st. The hauler was enclosed and huge, very clean, and the driver, Kurt, was polite and really seemed to enjoy his job. While very friendly, he went about his job efficiently. I would use Passport Transport again without hesitation.
