Dear Jon,
We truly apologize that your two vehicles were not able to get moved, with so many factors weather, traffic, etc. it can sometimes be a little more difficult to get a driver at the desired time frame. We did refund you, your $150 on 4/16/15 and feel free to call us for a free transport. Have a great day.
