Daniel (with Passage) was prompt and courteous in providing information and he returned my call timely. He said my car would be in the system December 1and I would probably have a 12 hour notice from the time a driver was assigned before pick up. He called at noon on December 1 with a truck available in 2 hours, but the driver wanted additional $75. Also, the driver agreed to carry extra cargo in the car (about 100 pounds) which would have cost me more than $75 to ship separately, so this was cost effective and helpful. It was my option to accept this driver on such short notice, but I agreed and the driver picked up my car promptly. The driver said it would likely be delivered on Friday, December 5, which it was. This was the first time I have shipped a vehicle and I was nervous, but everything went smoothly and the car and belongings were in good shape. I appreciated Daniel's handling the transport, and the driver's professionalism and punctuality. I would definitely recommend Passage Auto Transport.
