Unreliable, rude, GO WITH MATSON

Arranged for shipment of vehicle on August 20 for sail date of September 25, received phone call on September 15 saying car had been pushed to next shipment one month later with no explanation. Had to drop off car early due to this change and flight prearranged, was charged $100 for storage. Then received email on September 25 that car would be arriving ANOTHER week later than expected, putting total waiting time beyond original booking confirmation to ONE MONTH LATER. Rude service, stating "Sorry, too bad, can't do anything about that, and no, will not refund $100 storage to help pay for extra week of rental car, even though it's our fault, after all, website does say shipping dates are subject to change." Beginning to wonder if I'll EVER see my car again. SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH MATSON!!!
