I am sorry that I was unable to move your vehicle.  I tell every customer that if I do not have a driver assigned to your vehicle within 3 days, that I am turning the vehicle back to you.  I did just that.  I am not one to hang on to a vehicle only for it not to move.  It is in your best interest that I do not hang on to your vehicle.  The holidays did not help the situation.  Most drivers took the holidays off and the market was flooded come the first of the year.  I am sure the storm the first of the year did not help either.
Sorry to hear you had such a hard time moving your vehicle.  ~ Joanne
