Joanne Parker provided great personal customer service. She was the only carrier/broker that returned my telephone calls....the rest just bombared me with emails. Joanne was friendly and answered all my questions when I called her several times. The pickup date was as requested and the driver (Arthur) was friendly and delivered a day early. Will use again, if needed. Give Joanne a call...she will call you back!
