I was impressed by Parker Trucking LLC acting as a broker to transport my wife's car.I was hesitant at first to use a broker to do this instead of dealing directly with the carrier, however after talking to Joanne repeatedly my mind was at rest. Not only did Joanne promptly return phone calls, but also handled a problem for me in a professional and quick way.

The original carrier called me the day he was supposed to pick up the car to tell me he was broken down and would not arrive until the day after. I quickly called Joanne and left a message. An hour later Joanne informed me that a replacement driver had been found.

Joanne then called after the driver picked up the car, and also followed up with me after the driver dropped off the car to see if I was satisfied.

I would recommend Parker Trucking LLC to anyone.
