The owners of the company has more faith in their driver, than the customer.
Ii flew to Miami to personally hand over my car for transportation.i took pics of the car during delivery including the gas and milage. During delivery i was the one to take the delivery, so as to avoid any descripencies.

Though the delivery of the car was a day late, it was driven for about 56 miles, and the gas was half empty.

When i notified to Joanne about this, she had a blunt reply that she talked to the driver and he said they have not driven the car, so it wasent used.

So they think that customers are fools, or blame them for things that havent happened

this is what they have written in their mail, in response to useage of my car-

I run with my husband on the road so I see what goes on. It has been my experiance that if a driver is going to drive a customer car, it will be a newer vehicle that is from the auction going to a dealer.
After speaking to the driver, I do not feel that he drove your vehicle so there will not be a refund.

Dr. Abhi, Thank you for the review regarding your 1996 Toyota Tercel. Your vehicle was transported by a owner operator that operates under his own authority. If you were unhappy with his service, the issue should of been resolved at time of delivery. Not days later. I understand that you only wanted to pay $600 for your transportion. As I explained to you on the phone, I would not be able to find a driver that would be willing to transport your vehicle for $600. Delivery window from FL to AZ is 5-7 days. Your vehicle was picked up on 7/1 and delivered on 7/6. I am sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience with us. We are a fair and honest broker with customer service as our #1 goal as you can see from our reviews.
