This was my first time tranporting a vehicle. The whole process was suspenseful as I bought the vehicle on Ebay without physically inspecting it, and have never done online transactions for such a large item. Once I won the vehicle I sought quotes from transporters, and received a quote promptly from Gary, who was friendly and informative in the message he left on my phone. He also left a price quote in the message which other companies did not. I called with follow up questions on how the process was supposed to work and spoke with Missy who was also very informative and knowledgable. After receiving such prompt attention and information, checked out their rating on this site, and compared other quotes/companies I decided to go with PDQ. In sum, the service was good, the quote was highly competitive, and the reputation now speaks for itself. Great job and thank you for making my first transport experience a positive one.
